To cancel your Domain name simply login to our client area
and then submit a support ticket stating which domain name you wish to cancel. Please note that we will cancel the domain from being renewed but this doesn't stop you receiving emails about it's upcoming renewal. If you wish it to be totally deleted from the registry then please state this in the support ticket.
We can only accept requests to cancel services in this manner.
