To upgrade or downgrade your web hosting account simply login to the client area here
then click
SERVICES> MY SERVICES
click view details on the right next to the package you want to upgrade/downgrade
then select
management actions> upgrade/downgrade
then you can pick the package type you want to upgrade or downgrade to...
